  Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
  
  I ordered 2 gin & tonics, paid the waitress and was waiting for my change until I realised I was charged for 2 singles when I actually wanted doubles. I apologised to the waitress and asked if i could change them to 2 doubles and pay the extra. It's not like the waitress would've had to pour some out to add the extra shots, the glasses were large: pour an extra 2 shots and charge me the extra £4 and everyone's happy.
  
  When i asked the waitress, she replied 'you didn't tell me you wanted doubles' to which I replied 'Yes I know I didn't sorry, I just realised because I thought I was under-charged, I would actually like 2 doubles thanks'. The waitress grabbed the drinks, added the shots, brought them back and said 'yeah you didn't tell me you wanted doubles' to which I replied, 'Yes I know I didn't, I already explained what happened, i forgot to ask the first time i ordered.' Anyway, I thought that was the end of it, but she brought back my change and then proceeded to tell me again in a vicious tone: 'Yeah just remember to say in future that you want doubles ok?' I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said 'Look - you've now told me 3 times - what's the big problem? I haven't done anything intentional here. Just add 2 shots and charge me the extra, there's no harm done' to which she replied 'I can't be bothered I don't want to fight' and then walked off.
  
  Will never be returning because of the treatment I received. Side note: The waitresses don't know how to make drinks, they always have to look at the menu to see what spirit/ingredient needs to be added. Cocktails are horrid, the pre-mixed mojitos are especially vile.
